Day by day, really slowly, the fame of the company grows and spread through all the region and Mastro Antonio Monardo created other baked products like Mandorlato and Biscotti da Latte.
At the end of the ‘90s Mimmo Monardo became the only CEO and, thanks to its skills, he succeeded in the chocolate production, which goes together with the one of the baked products. He arrives until today, when both those big ranges are core business for the company.
